iBATIS is the most useful
framework at our disposal.
It is undoubtedly smoother than JDBC and undoubtedly simpler than
Hibernate --- for your web to relational database connectivity.
I have used it on a major site and found it to be effective and useful.
iBATIS comes in two current versions: 2.2.0.x and 2.3.0.x.
